Hi, I'm Judith Atem, and I've spent the last 15+ years in the trenches of product development first as an engineer, then in commercial marketing, and now as a consultant helping people like you bring ideas to life.
My career started at an industrial motor design & manufacturing company before proceeding to a global healthcare and consumer goods leader (think the companies behind the products in your medicine cabinet), where I led teams through complex product launches, managed multi-million dollar cost-saving initiatives, and learned how to connect the dots between what engineers design, what manufacturers can build, and what markets actually need.
But here's what really shaped my approach: I've also worked hands-on with small businesses and entrepreneurs. I've helped my brother's pharmacy serve more patients during a pandemic by fixing one critical bottleneck in their process. I've guided a dermatologist in developing her own skincare line from scratch. I've supported nonprofits in turning pilot programs into scalable impact.
What makes my approach different? I bring both the 30,000-foot view and the ground-level details. I understand how every piece of the product lifecycle connects because I've lived in all those spaces engineering labs, manufacturing floors, marketing strategy rooms, and yes, even chaotic startup environments where you're figuring things out as you go.
