Hi, I’m Judith Atem, a product and marketing professional with an engineering foundation and over 15 years of experience developing, launching, and scaling complex products in technical and regulated environments.
I began my career as a Manufacturing Engineer working with electric motors, where I gained hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and the realities of building products at scale. This early exposure shaped how I think about design decisions, cost, reliability, and long-term product viability.
I later transitioned into oil and gas as a Product Engineer, owning product development from concept through launch. In this role, I worked closely with cross-functional teams across design, testing, certification, and manufacturing, learning how to build products that perform in highly demanding, real-world conditions.
From there, I moved into MedTech, where I have launched multiple products in regulated healthcare environments and partnered across R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams. Today, I work as a Marketing Product Manager, focused on commercialization strategy, pricing, product positioning, and cross-functional execution.
Lecha Consulting was founded to bring this end-to-end product perspective to early-stage and growth companies. I advise founders and product leaders on scalable product strategy, go-to-market fundamentals, and execution frameworks, helping teams translate complex technology into products that meet real market needs, without costly rework.
